TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Experimental Prototype & Service Suspension

TEN² is currently an experimental prototype in a testing phase. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The creators reserve the right to suspend or terminate the game at any time for any reason.
• The creators reserve the right to ban any user at their sole discretion if their conduct is deemed harmful to the community or the experiment.
• Anti-Adblock Policy: Our sustainability relies on advertising. If users attempt to bypass advertisements through scripts, software, or exploits, the creators reserve the right to suspend the Service entirely.

2. Game Rules & Mechanics

The objective of the game is to be the last player to move before the timer expires. All new users start with 0 TENcoins.

• 10-Player Mode: Once 10 players are connected, a 20-second timer starts. If the timer reaches zero without moves, no one wins. Every move resets the timer to 10 seconds and makes that player the current leader. The game ends when the timer hits zero or after a maximum of 10 total moves have been made.
• 100-Player Mode (Experimental): This mode follows the same logic but allows for 100 players. In this variant, each player has only one move available per game.

3. Lobbies & Rewards

• Zero-Cost Lobby: Accessible by watching an advertisement. Reward: 1 TENcoin.
• Stakes Lobbies: Requires an entry fee in TENcoins. Example: A 1-TENcoin entry fee lobby with 10 players yields a total reward of 10 TENcoins to the winner.

4. Virtual Currency (TENcoins)

TENcoins are imaginary virtual units used exclusively within the Service.

• TENcoins have no real-world monetary value and are not exchangeable for fiat currency.
• TENcoins cannot be purchased with real money; they are earned only through gameplay or interactions.

5. Store Redemptions & Item Disclaimer

• Visuals: Images in the Store are fictional representations and do not necessarily correspond to real-world items during this experimental phase.
• Valuation: The goal of TEN² is to provide rewards to its community, but the actual estimation and realization of prizes will only be finalized once the game exits the experimental phase.
• Fulfillment: High-value items (Watches, Vehicles, Properties) require a physical visit to our headquarters and coordination via a contact email provided during redemption.

6. Account Registration & Recovery

• Anonymous Registration: No email is required. Your account is tied to your Username and Password.
• Recovery Key: The Recovery Key provided at registration is the ONLY way to reset a password. If you lose both, your account and TENcoins are permanently lost.
• Nicknames: Users with offensive nicknames will be banned immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

TEN² is provided "as is". We are not responsible for lost accounts, server downtimes, or loss of virtual currency due to technical failures or forgotten credentials.

8. Guest Mode (Trial)

The Service offers a Guest Mode to allow users to experience the game mechanics without full registration.

• Full Access: Guest accounts enable full access to play all game modes and view all parts of the site.
• 24-Hour Duration: Guest accounts are strictly temporary and will automatically expire 24 hours after creation.
• No Recovery: It is not possible to recover a Guest account once the 24-hour period ends or if the browser session is cleared. This mode is intended solely for testing the game.
